Bio

Patti Ibis of Los Angeles, California, was a four-year starter for the Sioux Falls women’s basketball team and ranks third all-time on the school’s career scoring charts with 1,731 points. Her career point total also ranked seventh among all collegians in South Dakota when she graduated. Ibis broke the school's career single season scoring record (630 points) during her 1990 senior campaign—a record she held until 1996.

In addition, she finished her career with 675 rebounds, which ranked second at USF. A three-time All-SDIC performer (1988-90), she was named the SDIC MVP as a senior. In addition, she was a two-time NAIA District 12 first team honoree in 1988-89 and 1989-90. She earned a degree in 1990 from USF and a master’s in physical therapy from the University of South Dakota in 1993. She served as the Director of Rehabilitation at Infinity Rehabilitation in Scottsdale, Arizona.
