A native of Yankton, S.D, Overbaugh became one of the best-ever in USF Men's Basketball history. He starred at USF from 1987-91, registering 1,809 points, a mark which ranks third all-time.
He finished with 746 rebounds, which ranks eighth all-time at USF. At Yankton High School, he was named first team all-state in 1987. At USF, he was named first team All-SDIC and All-District in 1991 when he averaged 22.9 ppg and 7.0 rebounds as a senior. Overbaugh also averaged 16.0 ppg and 6.6 rpg as a sophomore and 16.9 ppg and 7.1 rpg as a junior. During his career, he played in 113 games, hitting 687-of-1,370 field goals for 50.1 percent. He was 36-of-85 from three-point range for 42.3 percent and 327-of-425 at the foul stripe for 76.9 percent. He also had 175 career assists and his 641 points is the sixth best single season point total.
Overbaugh earned a degree in mathematics in 1991. Antony and his wife, Stacie, have two children and live in Danville, Calif.
